Suzi Milo

Suzi has 8 years of EV experience across Sales, Delivery, and Service functions for Tesla. She is extremely passionate about building effective and scalable operations, creating a truly excellent customer experience, and developing employee careers, all skills she honed by opening and running several Tesla Sales/Service centers across the Midwest in the last 4 years.

After leaving her job in April 2024, she knew leveraging her experience in the EV industry was crucial, and she considers it her life’s purpose.

Pete Milo

Pete has spent 15 years designing control systems, software, and electronics in the “architainment” industry. He designed bespoke lighting systems for a wide range of applications and gained a reputation as an expert problem solver.

Coupled with a love of rebuilding classic cars, jumping into the EV industry is a natural fit for Pete, who has the electronics and computer programming experience necessary to understand EVs at a deep and fundamental level.

Pete is ASE Certified in EV Safety.

Drew Horn

With over a decade of Tesla experience, Drew brings deep technical expertise and exceptional customer care to Great Lakes EV. He began his career as a Honda technician before joining Tesla in Ohio, where he spent ten years supporting Model S and Roadster owners—often as a trusted mobile technician servicing vehicles right in their driveways.

After Tesla, Drew managed a body shop, gaining valuable experience across diagnostics, repair, and customer service. His mastery of early Tesla platforms and calm, professional approach make him an essential part of the Great Lakes EV team.
