End User License Agreement (Internal Use Only)
Effective Date: February 14, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the internal software application (“Application”) developed and operated by Great Lakes EV (“Company”).
1. Internal Use Only
The Application is proprietary software developed solely for the internal business operations of Great Lakes EV.
It is not offered for sale, licensing, or distribution to the public.
Access is limited to authorized employees, contractors, or agents of Great Lakes EV.
2. License Grant
Great Lakes EV grants authorized internal users a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Application solely for legitimate Company business purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
Users may not:
Copy, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application
Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code
Use the Application outside authorized Company purposes
4. Data Access & Integration
The Application may access and process Great Lakes EV QuickBooks Online data via authorized API connections.
The Application does not provide access to third-party users.
5. Confidentiality
All data accessed or processed through the Application is Company confidential information and must be handled in accordance with Great Lakes EV internal security policies.
6. No Warranty
The Application is provided “as is” for internal operational purposes.
Great Lakes EV makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Great Lakes EV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from internal use of the Application.
8. Termination
Great Lakes EV may suspend or revoke access to the Application at any time.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
